Manufactured from by-products resulting from the production of natural cork stoppers.
Agglomerated stoppers can be produced either by individual molding or by extrusion. In both methods, the binding substance used to join the cork granules is approved for use in materials that come into contact with food.They can be produced in various sizes, with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm, ranging from 38 mm to 44 mm in length and from 19.5 mm to 24 mm in diameter.
Depending on the quality selected, the bottling lifespan may vary, but it should never exceed 3 years:
Premium quality: up to 3 years
Standard quality: up to 1 year
